This week I was back with Aspire Photography Training. As part of the A to Z Business workshop we spend time going through digital workflow and an introduction to Adobe Lightroom. We had a great bunch of great photographers who were wanting to improve the overall focus of their business. I was their to discuss my digital workflow based around my use of Adobe Lightroom. Since the world has gone digital it can be very daunting for people new to photography on how they managed / process & archive their images. Lightroom is a great piece of software that can help you with this.
Although the day was mainly classroom based we still had the opportunity to go out and shoot with the lovely Emma. Luke who was in the background watching somehow also got roped into having his picture taken. Love the strong look that he has. We then used those images to go through a live demo of taking the image from camera to an image that is ready to print or in this case put up on the web for a website / blog or in any form of social media such as Facebook. Below are some of the images we processed on the day. There are two versions of each image one colour and one black & white. At the very end is a slideshow of all the images from the day. Once again thanks to the lovely Rachel for helping us out.

Hey Phil, could I be a pain and ask for the Lightroom notes from the A-Z course? I did make notes but not quick enough to get everything...Thanks again for a great day, really enjoyed it. Gail :-)
Phil, it was great to meet you and I personally gained alot from your simple approach to work flow. I also really appreciate the tutorial on camera cleaning. Hope we didn't keep you too late. Thanks a million Gail
What beautiful photos from the shoot! Emma always looks so serene and fresh. Thanks so much for all your advice and guidance - Thursday was definitely my favourite of the 4 days on the Aspire course. Hope our paths cross again soon! Chelley.x
